I don't get it. What's wrong with this advertisement?

CJW| 1.16.13 @ 4:39PM

It must be under fire from the lefties because it is accurate and effective.

John Navratil| 1.17.13 @ 8:56AM

Pecos Pete,

I think the fastidious acknowledge that the President's children are more of a target than most people's children are, heightened security for them is warranted, and it is unfair to use his children in this way. I say give them a hankie.

Stan Redmond| 1.17.13 @ 2:25PM

And every other person who sends their children to Sidwell Friend's? There children are collectively more important than anyone else's children? Unfair for poor Obama. Boo Frickin Hoo! That bastard is standing on the graves (thank you Ben Shaprio) of Sandy Hook to push his agenda.

Cpm| 1.16.13 @ 3:34PM

Under fire from who? MSNBC? The President's minions and sycophants?

Thom| 1.16.13 @ 3:38PM

Apparently speaking the truth is a problem for many on the left... Taking "fire" over ad? Poor choice of words I suspect but that day may in fact be near...

What's wrong with it is that it points out the blatant hypocrisy of the leftist elitists.

Sturmudgeon| 1.16.13 @ 4:11PM

great Ad.... there were 4 comments on here when I logged in... all four were 'right on the mark'
Thx.

Albert Constantine Jr.| 1.16.13 @ 4:15PM

Isn't it terrible- the NRA is using the President's children to make a political point. Who would do such a thing?

CJW| 1.16.13 @ 4:24PM

Great ad. Too bad the Reps in Congress do not have the courage to speak bluntly like this about the budget.
Obama's children, when not on vacation in Hawaii and Mexico and Spain on taxpyer money, are guarded by the Secret Service at a private school, Sidwell.
I thought Obama would declare al 57 states a "Gun Free" zone, the gun crime would disapper, thus we can eliminate the police, criminal courts, and prisons.

Stan Redmond| 1.17.13 @ 2:25PM

Ban crime too. Then we'll really be safe

Cpm| 1.16.13 @ 6:55PM

Oh, I don't know, maybe the President using dead kids to make a political point, or surrounding himself with children at his Royal Proclamation today?

Oldefarte| 1.16.13 @ 4:25PM

Yeah, maybe the Secret Service should be de-funded and de-armed [especially while they are conducting surveillance within Columbian etc hotels at night]???????????

Pete| 1.16.13 @ 5:48PM

It must be because the Halfrican Dictator's kids are of one race. From the WH announcement today we can clearly see that the correct use of kids as political props dictates you use one from every major race....

snipelee25| 1.16.13 @ 5:56PM

I think that the ad is on-target. Why should the NRA be "under fire"? Should they be "muzzled? The left is simply "locked and loaded" and looking for a "fire-fight". Maybe it's lead poisoning...

mike 3/505| 1.16.13 @ 7:52PM

I have absolutely no problem with paying taxes to provide the best security possible for the President of these United States. One thing I do ask in return, that the President and his side, please refrain from their continued, deliberate efforts to legally disarm competent adults, thereby preventing them from protecting innocent children. Repeal all Federal laws regarding "gun free school zones."

Dai Alanye | 1.17.13 @ 9:27AM

The critics of this ad are themselves using Obama's children as an excuse to bash the NRA. Where were any of them when Sarah Palin's children were under attack?

OregonBuzz| 1.17.13 @ 9:37AM

Cool ad and right on! Sidwell Friends school has nearly a dozen armed guards. This is not just because Zero's kids are there. It has been the school's policy for quite awhile. Imagine that.

Tom Kyba| 1.17.13 @ 11:54AM

NRA under fire for new ad but Narcissus celebrated as he uses children in the most crass, classless, sleazy manner possible. Hooray for liberalism!
