I describe it here. Of course, one major figure merits particular attention: “Christian Amanpour is particularly obnoxious, repeatedly portraying the U.S. as a thug or bully, or at least otherwise immoral and a ‘bad guy’ on the world stage.”

This anti-U.S. bias is inexcusable.

After the sad and apparent ignorance of US Jews appreciation for our military intervention in WWII in saving them/Jews and Europe from complete destruction from the Nazies by their now voting 86% in 2008 and 69% in 2012 for this administration [it should be obvious to a five year old child of normal intelligence that same's policies are/have been totally anti-Israel and anti-America]; many of us are now of the opinion that our nation should completely and thoroughly stay out of any/all future warring conflicts involving other countries. Why should our nation's young people be asked/demanded to possibly give up their lives for such uncaring and uninformed individuals as is demonstrated by this article? When some individuals don't care enough to vote responsibly/intelligently for their own self interests and for our society at large, why bother???????????????

Occam's Tool| 12.10.12 @ 2:05AM

The Israeli Jews are quite appreciative; it is my co-religionists/Americans that are fools.

RCV| 12.10.12 @ 12:52PM

What a non sequiter! Jews voting for Obama displays a lack of appreciation "for our military intervention in WWII"? You get sillier by the day, Oldfarte.

Oldefarte| 12.11.12 @ 11:45AM

RCV: Oh I forgot, it was the Nazies and Germany that saved the Jews from total destruction in WWII. My apologies to your usualy and typical ignorance!!!!

Oldefarte| 12.11.12 @ 11:52AM

PS: I also ignored your dumbarsedness in understanding my point that US Jews should have [much more than any other population groupings] understood the political domestic terrorism that is and has been represented by this administration over the last four years and its comparability to that of WWII's Nazi Germany. The fact that same represents a extremely detrimental scenerio to our society in general and to the state of Israel specifically should be obvious to anyone of normal and average intelligence, but as Forrest Gump once stated......!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and also, try reading and comprehending the following, okay? :

RCV| 12.11.12 @ 2:31PM

No, it was the Allies, led by the US, who saved the Jews from total destruction in WWII. And those who survived, and their descendants, are smart enough to know that this administration is in no way "comparable to Nazi Germany". Only an idiot would think that. And they also recognize what strong support the US has continued to give to our ally Israel under this administration. Why? Because the vast majority of American Jews are a lot smarter than you, Oldfarte.

Oldefarte| 12.11.12 @ 7:48PM

Try reading and comprehending Roger Kaplan's article here today. Try remembering this KING's name [it ain't Hebrew, DA], understanding that this KING was raised within Muslim oriented societies/countries, attending Muslim schools, by a Muslim step-father, by Communist oriented relatives and their associates, was educated at extremely expensive PRIVATE schools exclusively while being personally of fanically impoverished, who only converted to Christianity [or possibly black nationalism] due to political reasons, who has subversively initiated a massive arms movement within the middle east to facilitate Muslim terrorist fighters intent upon overthrowing secular ME government structures, who purposely forbids our governments participation in any/all Christian holidays/festivities within the US due to his Muslim favortisms, who has rudely treated Israel's PM with disdain and disrespect at WH visitations and who has never visited Israel as POTUS, etc. If you are an "idiot" and wish to disbelieve the obvious, that is your problem, but do not expect the rest of us to likewise do such an asinine and utterly stupid thing as what you are blindly doing. Oh, and also, the only difference between the 1930's Nazi German government and of our own presently is that the former was open and honest about their dislike and ill-treatment of German Jews, whereas the latter is subvversively dishonest for political purposes in their attempts to disguise their true feelings towards Israel and Jews!!!

RCV| 12.12.12 @ 11:37AM

If you really believe that is "the only difference between the 1930s Nazi German government and of our own presently," you are one sick delusional puppy, Oldfarte!

Oldefarte| 12.11.12 @ 7:56PM

Oh also DA it was not the "Allies as led by the US" Re-read you history. France cave to Hitler after five minutes of fighting and England was on the verge of collapse when the US entered the WWII. Hitler would have driven every European country into the Atlantic Ocean if the US had not chosen to enter this war and to eventually Jews and Europe [and it would have been a satillite of Naze Germany today unelss the US had entered and won the war]!!!!!!!!!!

RCV| 12.12.12 @ 11:36AM

No argument on that point.

JmsA| 12.9.12 @ 1:59PM

Spot on, as usual Oldefarte.

Lest we all forget that it was Fidel Castro who gave Ted Turner the idea to create CNN.

Dimitry_Aleksandrovich| 12.9.12 @ 2:31PM

Both CNN and Fox News is globalist propaganda. CNN is no different. The little fruitcake Anderson Cooper was CNN's cheerleader for American intervention in Libya just as Geraldo Rivera was wearing a cowboy hat with a rifle strapped across his back for Fox News during our invasion of Afghanistan in the early 2000's. Murdoch or Turner its the same sh%t. Both were blaming the Russians for starting the 2008 Russian-Georgian conflict when it was the Georgians who fired the first rockets.

Stan Redmond| 12.10.12 @ 3:53PM

WOW!!! Where to begin with this tripe. You gobble up that Soviet propoganda like a good little subject.

Oldefarte| 12.12.12 @ 11:21AM

Yeah, and no doubt Teddy was contemplating entering Janie's pants when creating it also possibly [oh and we all know how that turned out right?]!!!!!

Dimitry_Aleksandrovich| 12.9.12 @ 2:27PM

I don't think one has to watch CNN to see the United States governments foreign policy as bullying smaller nations into doing its will or an outright thug especially in the case of Libya, Iraq, Serbia and Panama. Right now in Syria we are supporting Islamist rebels who set off two bombs in a Christian district of Damascus last week killing 34 civilians. A few days ago those same "rebels" fired mortars into a school killing the teacher and 30 students. We armed them through our Wahhabist allies in Saudi Arabia and Qatar the blood of the thousands slain since the beginning of the civil war is as much on our hands as it is on any of the actual combatants. In Iraq our invasion and occupation secured oil pipelines while a million or more Iraqi Christians (who've called that land their home for thousands of years) were ethnically cleansed by Sunni Islamists. Now our drones drop death from above onto villages in Yemen, Somalia and Pakistan killing not only alleged "militants" but also women and children and elderly. Is it no wonder why we are looked at as thugs and bullies.

spike59| 12.11.12 @ 5:38AM

"I don't think one has to watch CNN to see the Russian government's foreign policy as bullying smaller nations into doing its will or an outright thug. Right now in Syria, Russia is supporting a mad dog dictator who is preparing to use chemical weapons, developed with Russia's help, on its own citizens. Russia armed them, much like their former Soviet government armed, financed, and trained terrorists and dictators worldwide for decades. The blood of millions worldwide is on the hands of every Russian tyrant from Lenin and Stalin, right thru to Putin. Is it no wonder why Russia has long been looked on as an outlaw state run by murderers, genocidal maniacs, thugs and bullies."

there, dumbitry...fixed it for ya

Nigel Tufnel| 12.10.12 @ 5:03AM

you get numb to it all living overseas.

'CNN Trashes America'
====================
there-fixed it for ya

Oldefarte| 12.11.12 @ 1:04PM

Oh BTW, in addition to CNN trashing America, the STUPIDS of this nation also did so on 11/6/12 by their dumbarsedly re-electing this administration:
