"Afghan police have arrested two men accused of beheading a teenage girl with a knife in northern Kunduz province, officials say.
Prior to the attack, the girl's father had rejected a marriage proposal for his daughter.
"Our investigation shows those who killed her were people who wanted to marry her," police told the BBC.
Earlier this month, four policemen were jailed for 16 years for raping a young woman in the same province.
In the latest incident, the girl, who was about 14 years old, was carrying drinking water from a nearby well to her house in Imam Sahib district when she was attacked on Monday."

Was that during the Lebanese Civil War. I would have to do research on that, but whoever fights for my people or protects my people God bless them. With that said in the last conflict between Israel and Hezbollah, Israeli bombs were dropping on Christian neighborhoods of Beiruit. I remember. Maybe that is because out of necessity to protect themselves from Sunni Islamists many Christians are aligning themselves with the Iranian backed Shia Hezbollah.

This is what friends of the United States, the UK and Israel do nowadays. How can anyone believe that these nation's represent everything that is good in the world when they are responsible for such atrocities throughout the world. Before 9/11 we even supported the Taliban, it was Iran that was going to invade Afghanistan in the 90's when the Taliban took Mazarisharif and murdered over a dozen Iranian diplomats. We supported those monsters just as we supported them to fight the Soviets and we supported the Muslim Brotherhood in the past to get rid of Arab Nationalist leaders who dared to take control of their own oil reserves in the 20th century. Yes we know the Islamists very well. We are used to working with them and now our government is using Islamists in Syria to overthrow Assad. Islamists who are murdering my Christian brothers and sisters there and are killing any non-Sunni minority who's not doing their will.
This is not the first time the corrupt Western nations have done this. They did it to Serbia in the 90's and stole Kosovo and they threatened to do it to Macedonia on behalf of the Albanians KLA terrorists as well. They were responsible for the ethnic cleansing of Serbs in Bosnia, Croatia and Kosovo. You want to look for war criminals? Look for them in Washington DC, London, Paris and Berlin.

Did you forget why I voted Democrat? I've said it again and again. It was a protest vote. I have been a union member and a Republican since my 18th birthday, this election I had to pick one or the other and the union is the reason there is food on the table for my family. I say it because that is the historical term for Jewish nationalists is it not?
Also I know many Israelis are not in favor of their governments intervention in Syria on behalf of the Wahhabists, but tell me why is Netanyahu siding with the Wahhabist FSA and calling for regime change in Syria? Does the Israeli government led by Netanyahu believe that a Sunni Islamist government in Syria will be favorable for them or do they just see an Arab nationalist nation that is allied with Iran and Hezbollah? All I know is that my Christian brothers and sisters and all Syrian minorities will suffer at the hands of the Sunni Islamists if Assad's government falls.
