I know nothing about Julia Brownley. I don’t know who her Republican opponent is. I know nothing about her California district. But this ad from the America’s Future Fund serves as a reminder, for those of us out in areas without any heavily contested races, that the battles for House and Senate and other seats are just as intense, and gathering just as much attention from interested groups, as anything we see on the presidential level. If you are in a “non-swing state” for president, but have a close House race going on, you can do great good for your country by volunteering to help the candidate of your choice.

My Rep is Chip Cravaack. A military veteran and a great American. Also a very nice man, who I had the great pleasure of meeting. I told him what an absolute pleasure it is to have him as my Rep, because he does SUCH a great job. The race is a close one, and this week I'm going to send a little more money.

Goodness, he's so much better than that feeb, Oberstar.

Lucky me. Ms. Brownley's website indicates she represents the city where I reside, but my representative, following redistricting, will be either Brad Sherman (D) or Howard Berman (D), depending on the outcome of the upcoming election. Ms. Brownley, a liberal democrat, is vying for the CA 26th District seat against one of California's true republican conservatives, Mr. Tony Strickland. I believe he stands a pretty good chance of winning the seat.

Again [as I've said/screamed repeatedly] save yourself much time [and your country in the process] by simply marking your respective voting ballot on 11/6/12 for THE ENTIRE/COMPLETE REPUBLICAN TICKET. If a local/state Democrat is preferable to you, in one way or another, he/she would end up being manipulated/controlled by Pilosi/Reid/Obama/Axelrod/Garrett/Schumer etc out of DC [as an example, refer to Quin's recent articles concerning BP/Restore Act or how local mayors etc obviously take their marching orders from the Acorn/community organizing crew inside the capitol]!!!!!!!!!!
