My Debate Dilemma

Like many of you, I am looking forward to tomorrow night’s third and final debate between President Obama and Mitt Romney.

However, I have a bit of dilemma. Since the San Francisco Giants beat the St. Louis Cardinals 6-1 in Game 6 of the NLCS, it has forced a deciding Game 7 which is scheduled to start tomorrow night an hour before the debate.

Well, I suppose I can watch the beginning of the game, then turn to the debate and then watch whatever is left of the game following the debate assuming a NL champion hasn’t been crowned.

However, rain is in the forecast in San Fran tomorrow. Ideally, I’d like there to be a rainout so I can watch the debate on Monday night and watch Game 7 the following evening.

Tape the game. Baseball is always beautiful, regardless. Don't check on the outcome before watching it.

Who scheduled this debate anyway? It's up against Monday Night Football and NLCS Game 7. The NFL actually moved its kickoff game from Thursday to Wednesday just for Obama's DNC speech this year.

go sit in the corner with George Will...baseball is a charity to keep sportscasters occupied until football season starts
