President Obama has received Hugo Chavez’s seal of approval. Speaking on Venezuelan state TV, The socialist strongman said, “If I were American, I’d vote for Obama.” Chavez added that if Obama were Venezuelan “he’d vote for Chavez.”

For good measure, Chavez called Obama “a good guy.” Well, it’s a mutual admiration society. Let’s not forget that Obama once referred to Chavez as “mi amigo.”

Well, I hope Mitt Romney reminds voters of Chavez’s endorsement at every possible opportunity especially during the foreign policy debate on October 22nd.
