Since President Obama has a “scheduling conflict” where it concerns meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu but has no such conflict when it comes taking time to refine his standup routine with David Letterman, I thought it would be only fitting that I should come out with a Top Ten List.
So without further adieu, here are the Top Ten Reasons President Obama is Avoiding Benjamin Netanyahu. Drum roll please:
10. Hillary Clinton isn’t available to accompany him.
9. Joe Biden isn’t available either.
8. He thinks the Jews in Florida will vote for him anyway.
7. He’s too busy thinking up other events to which Bibi won’t be invited.
6. He needs to work on his golf game.
5. He didn’t want to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims.
4. He has a dinner date with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
3. He needs to return to the White House to plan the latest battle of the War on Women.
2. He’s busy planning his open mic session with the new French President.
1. He isn’t intelligent enough to be in the same room with Benjamin Netanyahu.

It goes back to what Professor Richard Epstein said of Obama as a lecturer at the University of Chicago. Obama is ideologically inflexible and is unwilling to discuss issues with knowledgeable people who disagree with him. His idea of debate is to speak of strawman positions of his opponents.
Netanyahu on the other hand is a rare force of intelligence, courage, and determination. He believes his nation's survival is on the line and is much better informed on this issue than Obama. He has already schooled Obama once at a joint press conference and gave an impressive speech before Congress. No way does Obama want to be in the same room with him; he wouldn't stand a chance.

Nutanyahu is hated by virtually every leader in the world. Sarkosy said he hated him because he is such a liar. Obama clearly hates him and that is one great point in his favor. But will he continue to stand up to this old criminal, terrorist, and racist. I doubt it. Every time they meet Obama has to stop lower to kiss Nuttyyahoo's smelly rear end. Do you blame him for trying to avoid that? Besides it's great politics. I just went to lunch with a Jewish pal. Now that we are both retired we go most weeks. Every Jew he knows is voting for Obama. This guy is a zionist as are most of his friends. They just don't buy what Bibby is selling, just like most people in Israel. Obama will get the vast number of Jewish, Muslim and Arab Christian votes. Romney has put himself in a deep hole and just keeps on digging. Wars are as popular as cancer among the groups Romney needs to win this election. Obama was having trouble getting his vote out. His stand against Nutty will only help him with his base, in a big way.

Jack has lunch with his old pal Clint quite frequently and they discuss the good old days and how their hero, Ron Paul, would be ahead by double digits in the polls had he gotten the GOP nomination. Then President Paul could appoint Jack as ambassador to Israel and give Clint the white sheet concession at the Israeli embassy.

My friends in Tel Aviv - avid conservative computer geniuses who support Likud - are literally sick at the way he is publicly picking fights with the US government at a time when he should be standing with us, as we will if push comes to shove with Iran. Occam- Olmert was indeed a puts, not only incompetent but corrupt. He was an old protege of Ariel Sharon's. Kadima arose in the wake of Sharon's incapacitation, a coalition of a lot of factions. It was wise enough to dump Olmert as soon as it could. But all that is beside the point.

describes how Obama spent less than one hour reviewing Iraq/Afghanistan/Middle East on a flight to California for the Jay Leno show, but spent several hours on preparing for Leno and the fundraising parties.
Obama has plenty of time for fundraisers, Letterman, Leno, beer summits to criticize the police, over 100 golf matches, handicapping the March basketball games, and other important activities.

You are a conservative, like me, but unlike me, you have specific knowledge and experience with the system that is about a zillion years beyond my comprehension.
In college, you were the guy holed up in his room studying chemistry; I was the guy in the library giggling to himself while writing yet another idiotic short story for my English class.

I just looked at my last comment and am a little disappointed in myself for making such a rude comment. He is the President, and he was elected by a majority of my fellow Americans. But I must say that I am beyond fed up with this President.
The administration had to have known for at least a couple of weeks that Prime Minister Netanyahu was going to be in New York. They obviously know that Israel is our only true ally in the volatile Middle East. And they also know that Iran is on the verge of acquiring nuclear weapons. Obama, quite frankly, should be on the phone with Netanyahu just about every day. And he refuses to meet him in person? Here, in the U. S.?
You don't have to like him, President Obama, but godalmighty, you have to talk to him!
He is a hopeless, helpless, small-minded fool.
