This is all Bullsh*t from the Git Go.
We've already had these Voter ID Laws adjudicated, and it wasn't that long ago, and it wasn't even close.
It was the Case involving the State of Indiana, and The Supreme Court found in favour of the Hoosiers 6 - 4, and the Decision Paper for the Pro side was written by Super Lib John Paul Stevens.
Why are we still talking about this?
As I read it, the Validity of showing PROOF of Identity, and Residency, has already been determined, and should be The Law of The Land.

May I suggest a rendition of the infamous MOTOR VOTER activities/movement perhaps? Let say that the government issues a proclamation that all future governmental welfare recipients must present a CERTIFIED-STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID in order to receive food stamps, housing allowances, welfare checks, contraception devices, rap CDs, free booze/cigarettes, tickets to Oprah's shows, Bibles autographed by Farrakan/Sharpton/Jackson etc; and that after doing so and obtaining their goodies from Uncle SamBarry, they can then be walked over/escorted to an adjorning room by Acorn/NBPP representatives in order to fill out their absentee ballots for THE ONE AND ONLY [and all Democrats additionally]. How about that for a suggestion to the US Communist Party [aka ACLU] ?????????????
