An individual has the power of their own vote, their own voice and their own wallet in order to influence others around them. Whenever they are given the power of government, those on the left try to usurp it’s limited powers to force others to their will, regardless of the limits of their charters and constitutions. This is one of the reasons why we should never elect them.

Comparing Cathy's comments to islamists is beyond the pale. There is NO comparison between blocking a Chik Fil A and stopping the construction of a mosque mere blocks from ground zero.
The stated mission of islam--its CORE VALUE--is the destruction of Western civilization, the conversion and/or subjugation of non-muslims, and a world where islam reigns supreme.
Dan Cathy simply believes, as a majority of Americans do, that the definition of marriage is one man + one woman.
In islamic countries they punish homosexuals by killing them. Funny, but I've never seen a homosexual hanged or heck even refused service at Chik Fil A.
Erecting a mosque at/near Ground Zero is islam laughing at us. It would be akin to allowing the Japanese to erect a shrine to the emperor at Pearl Harbor in 1942.
Islam is no religion. Not one that in anyway has anything to do with the One True God.
If islam is a religion of the God of the Bible, why did God, a mere 600 years or so after the death and resurrection of His Only Son, deem it necessary to reveal a completely different and contradictory message to an illiterate, lazy, Arab merchant? Now, we can say God works in mysterious ways, but really? Really? Christ's message needed an "update" less than 600 years after his death and resurrection?
If that's the case, shouldn't we all convert to islam?
If its not the case, why would any Christian defend islam?

This homosexual crapola has simply gone too far. There's not discrimination etc, and the owner was only expressing his personal opinions rightfully. These politicians-administrations had better watch out since they could be possibly legally sued under law. Oh and as to "rights", everyone reading here should be reminded to show up at Chick-fil-A for a meal on Wednesday 8/1 to protest this outlandish LGBTism, community organizing BS!!!!!!!!!!

I ate at Chick-fil-A last Thursday and Friday. I hope I can do it again on August 1.

Great! I passed one here today and it was packed with customers. I'm going there tomorrow to show support. Hopefully their revenues tommorrow will be a large enough amount to indicate how some people feel about this subject!!!!

I dropped by the local Chick-fil-A today and had lunch there. I celebrated with a chocolate milk-shake. Another enjoyable experience.
