Eat Mor Chiken

In response to the cheap shots aimed at Chick-fil-A, I ate at a Chick-fil-A just now. It was delicious. Well worth going to, again and again. For all those who care about private free speech against government bullying, and for all those who recognize that even if someone is against homosexual “marriage” it doesn’t make them “bigoted,” it might be a good idea to patronize Chick-fil-A for the rest of this month and on August 1, and to make known what you are doing.

Mayor Menino, meanwhile, can go blow — blow off his bile somewhere else.

I hope Egg Harbor, Wi. has a Chik-fil-A in its mall.

I agree, I've always thought Chik-fil-A had excellent food. However, Note to Chik-fil-A, I do have a beef with the occasional worker who drags his mop through the store while I'm eating. Nothing like foul smelling soap or chlorine to dull one's appetite.

I stopped in at Chick-fil-A last week, just because I love it and really wanted some. (Of course recent events made the trip all the more enjoyable). And I have to say, I had to wait in a long line in my hometown of Mobile. They will certainly continue to receive my business and support.

I started going to Chick-fil-A few years ago when it expanded in Southern California. Its pretty good and the people are always very warm and friendly. From time to time, they offer remarkable incentives, such as if you eat there on a special day, you get the same lunch free at a later date. A Chick-fil-A recently opened at Newport Beach's Fashion Island. I walked by last Sunday and noticed it was closed. A sign said, Chick-fil-A has a corporate practice since its founding, in 1946, to observe Sundays. Chick-fil-A is a family place. I find it a good and admirable company. It is an uplifting experience each time I go there.

I don't care much for chicken sandwiches and eat Popeye's when I want chicken. Yet I support Chick fil-a and will grab an occasionally hot and spicy breakfast biscuit to support them.

Just to think that 20 years ago, anyone suggesting that homosexuals had the right to marry would have been considered deranged. We've lost control of the control of the culture, folks. Given the cultural rot of the West, it almost doesn't matter who wins in November. Culturally decayed nations always collapse.

Try their chicken nuggets. I'm like you, & not the biggest chicken fan. However, their nuggets, with THEIR brand of honey-mustard sauce, is an otherworldly pleasure in the realm of cheap, crappy fast food nuggets.

They have a good chicken breast sandwich. I saw a tv show on restaurants that said Chic-Fil invented the skinless, boneless chicken sandwich. I believe they are also closed on Sundays for religious reasons.

It's a sad day indeed when it becomes necessary to be forced to defend morality, Christianity, marriage [yes Adama & Eve style], etc; but that is exactly what the decrepid immorality culture that we live in has now morphed into. It is NOT anti-homosexual in any way/shape/form to express the support that this man did; but that's the Cloward&Piven; application of anything that would be political beneficial to these leftist/domestic terrorists. Let's put it on the table here, okay? Homosexuality is IMMORAL and as such will result in a southward journey for the practicioner of same upon death; BUT evevy human was born and is endowed with FREE WILL, by which they are free to practice homosexuality if they so choose. As such, there are adequate laws that protect same and discrimination against them should never be tolerated when they are executing their free will rights. The C&P bullexcrement should bee seen for what it is, in that it is a Chicago community organizing political tactic to demean, assault, and deminish any non-promoters of its practice and activities. Its the same as these corrupt minority preachers who inflame Florida race relations over a completely local issue of possible murder all for political [Democrat] purposes etc. These charletons will follow the pathway of the homosexuals for their deceitful corruption of the Bible's teachings and moralistic thought also!!!!

I drove 15 miles out of my way to eat lunch at a Chick-fil-A!

Boycott these people and their movies/TV shows:

".....Jon Stewart, the host of “The Daily Show”, went on a profanity laced rant against Chick-fil-A ....“Open your eyes owner of Chick-fil-A,” he declared.....Stewart’s rant also including a vulgar parody of the popular Chick-fil-A cow – holding a sign that read “Eat More C**.”And he wasn’t the only celebrity to attack the popular, family-friendly restaurant chain. Roseanne Barr unleashed a series of profane tweets — hoping that Chick-fil-A customers got cancer.“Anyone who eats S**t fil A deserves to get the cancer that is sure to come from eating antibiotic filled tortured chickens 4 Christ,” she tweeted.Grant Gustin, a cast member of the gay-friendly television series GLEE, wrote on Twitter that he was “done with Chick-fil-A.”“Your food is not good enough to take from a bunch of a**holes,” he tweeted.“The Office” star Ed Helms was not quite so vulgar in his outrage over the chicken chain.“Chick-fil-A doesn’t like gay people? So lame,” he tweeted. “Hate to think what they do to the gay chickens! Lost a loyal fan.”The gay rights campaign NOH8 called for a nationwide boycott earlier this year because Chick-fil-A’s charitable foundation supports Christian ministries like Focus on the Family and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.LGBT Weekly reports the NOH8 campaign is supported by Miley Cyrus, Lindsay Lohan, Deepak Chopra and the Kardashian sisters.....'

Oldefarte| 7.25.12 @ 5:47PM

PS: I'm not a big fan of chicken per se [since I was exposed to tons of it dietary-wise as a child for economic/financial reasons] BUT I'm clearly onboard with everyone needing to head to the nearest Chick-fil-A as soon as possible for a sandwich etc. Think Mike Huckabee has now called for 8/1/12 to do so also!!!!!

spike59| 7.26.12 @ 6:12AM

Jon Stewart is nothing more than the foul-mouthed cretin from junior high who had to pay someone else to do his homework for him because he was to busy mugging for his cretin buddies in class to pay attention, but everyone gave him a pass because his dad married into money

spike59| 7.26.12 @ 6:14AM

Miley Cyrus, Lindsay Lohan, AND the Kardashian sisters???? that's like a 'Million STD March'

Oldefarte| 7.26.12 @ 1:40PM

All true, but they're still making money off of the stupidity of some Americans, and if you know of any such, have them boycott/not view their products/shows etc. Hit them in the pocketbook where it'll hurt most!!!!
