Remembering Tony Snow

My friend Paul Cambon, friend and neighbor of the Snow family, reminds me that it was four years ago today that we all lost, and heaven gained, the singular and happy presence of Tony Snow. Just this quick note to say that Tony is, and always will be, very fondly remembered.

Tony Snow was a good man.

He brought honor to his family, and his profession, as did Tim Russert, Robert Novak, James J. Kilpatrick and many others.

Tony Snow was a class act, an excellent newsman and a brilliant WH Press Secretary.

Snow was good as a conservative commentator but then he tossed out his credibility when he became a shamelss hack for Bush and his stupid Iraq war. He sounded especially ridiculous when he had to support the bush foreign policy
