The House has passed a motion finding Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt for failing to hand over documents related to Operation Fast and Furious. The Obama administration recently asserted executive privilege over the documents.

The final vote was 255 in favor, 67 against, 1 present, and 110 not voting. Many Democrats walked out of the chambe during the vote, 17 voted with the Republicans. Two Republicans broke ranks and voted against contempt.
