If BHO is re-elected we can look forward to this when Congress is in session.

For a minute there, I thought I was watching a Democratic Party Community Organizing Unity Rally in Chicago!!!!!!!!!

If this had been Chicago there would have been 20 shootings.

I have often considered forming a "Society to Bring Back the Practice of Caning to Congress."
It was a useful practice in the 19th Century and in a sane and reasonable time, which no sane person will agree describes the late and unlamented 2oth Century, it would have had merits in settling disputes and enabling stalled legislation to be moved out of committees.
The late, great William F. Buckley Jr. once formed a very popular "Society to Horsewhip Drew Pearson." Unfortunately it was aimed at only one member of the Press and it's existence did not do much to "concentrate the minds wonderfully" of the rest of the members of the Press, to borrow an apt phrase from Samuel Johnson. Though by borrowing it I am in no way suggesting that we hang a few of the bastards!
But I digress. The prospect of all 535 members we have elected to the asylum in Washington DC bringing Canes with them to work is a sobering thought indeed and may help bring back efficiency to government!
I, myself, sport a cane made of Western African Bubinga wood. It is both handsome and hard. One could pound nails with it.

Why doesn't any Republican senator go after Schumer like that?
