Calling somebody "scum" is a lot different than harrassing one in person, threatening one's home, threatening one's family, and threatening one's occupation.

The use of the word scum is only allowed by those whom the user (bannisher scum) himself considers scum, though.
For example, I consider Clint scum, and have said so. And I get threats of banishment, because the banisher himself happens to be a Pope worshipper, and doesn't like me knocking his fellow Pope worshippers.
The Truth be damned.
Even when the vile Pope worshipper Clint has threatened me with bodily harm here in front of the bannisher.
That doesn't matter, only MY use of the word scum, because I'M saying it.

Moulitsas should be careful in calling "Kimberlin a nobody." Sociopaths like Kimberlin are known to turn on their own kind. Both are quite dangerous and take just as much pleasure in planning who their next victim will be, as executing their form of attack. Moulitsas and Kimberlin are the underbelly of the new Democratic party they exist surreptitiously and solely to do their calling.
I would also like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. The domestic terrorism that is being conducted by Kimberlin to our conservative bloggers and their families is frightening. For all AS readers, if you are not familiar with this story please log onto www.michellemalkin.com to read about those that have lost their homes, jobs, and came very close t loosing their lives. This is not a distraction, we need all hands on deck to get the news out via facebook, tweeting, e-mail, to help the families thus far that have been affected by Kimberlin and his (unknowing?) supporters.
