That's a cute cartoon Love...
But it seems to accept the fact that the Bamster didn't really know he was lying when he made those claims. That is not true. He knew very well what he was doing....and the Hype...showing him as a slickster....with the letdown showing him rubbing his hands together with a crooked grin would have been better....
