I wish that were the case, but I don't know about that at all.
I'm convinced that the Bush team, {Condi especially!} was quite content to allow Pakistan to shield OBL. And that's a fact. There wasn't any pressure of any note, of any substance, by our country, telling the Paki leadership to deliver him over or else.
Towards the end, not just was the Bush team downplaying the importance of OBL to AQ, but downplaying even the importance, the symbolic importance of killing him.
We have to acknowledge amongst ourselves that in many, many ways, George Bush, and the team around him, were part of the problem, not part of the solution.
It's an absolute disgrace that Bush allowed that dirtball to swan around Pakistan that long without ever exacting a price for it from Pakistan. In fact, the Bush team defended Pakistan's government, never really excoriated them for their dalliance in jihadism.
Condi was a disaster, a flat-out disaster.

And here is something related to OBL. Why didn't the Bush team demand Pakistan deliver over for questioning and prosecution A Q Khan?
Why did the Bush team allow Pakistan to continue to treat AQ Khan as if he were Pakistan's version of Benjamin Franklin? Khan played a crucial role, CRUCIAL to the development of N Korea's nuclear program and that of Iran.
Yet Bush never demanded he be publicly turned over by Pakistan, which would have served the important task of thoroughly humiliating Pakistan.
Pakistan's leadership is sick, pathological, comprehensively devoted to dallying in jihadism. Not just against the west, but especially against India.
What payment has Pakistan made for their role in killing thousands and thousands of people?
None!
None!
And what role did Bush, did Condi play in that, in that not exacting of any price from Pakistan?
Just because obama is an anti-American jerk and a disaster does not mean that all the policies of Bush were great.
Bush was a disaster in many ways.........

Bush's "war on terror" is a triump. Reagan took down the Berlin Wall, and Bush dismantled the Muslim terrorists.
Dan| 5.1.12 @ 12:46PM
In 2001, the foremost sponsor of muslim mayhem was Iran.
Now, in 2012, the foremost sponsor of muslim mayhem, is still Iran.
Iran hasn't been touched, Iran hasn't been struck, terror bases and support camps existed then, still exist now.
Hezbollah is an Iranian ally, Hamas has been absorbed by Iran. Iran has been allowed to bleed Americans in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere.
Syria too, supported terror in Iraq, and Bush allowed them to continue.
The foremost financial support of muslim mayhem has been Saudi Arabia. What did Bush do about that? We know the answer, and that's nothing.
There were more things that needed to be done than Bush did, let's make that clear.

Lastly, why isn't the reportage of THE ULSTERMAN REPORT being commented on?
Ulsterman's INSIDER reported PRIOR to subsequent media disclosures on abort orders and obama being hauled off a golf course for the mission. Ulsterman reports obama was informed of an ongoing mission, not asked to order it, nor asked to approve it.
He was presented with a mission that he could no longer delay, thwart, stifle, stall.
In fact, the REAL story is how Jarrett and Obama tried desperately to NOT make any decision at all regarding this strike op!
Yet here we all are still deluding ourselves that obama was the driving force behind the mission against that compound.
Why hasn't Ulsterman's reportage gone viral!
