I agree with Quin Hillyer that having Joe Biden lecturing Mitt Romney on foreign policy doesn’t exactly help their cause. It would be like Obama lecturing us on the virtues of humility.
Remember, when during his debate with Sarah Palin, he said the U.S. & France had “kicked Hezbollah out of Lebanon”? Surely that was news to the people of Beirut.
On the other hand, that didn’t stop them from getting elected.

I am suddenly reminded of the film "Hannibal" where Anthony Hopkins has removed the top of Raly Liotta's skull, and is feeding him pieces of his brain, sauteed in butter, garlic and shallots. Perhaps this is why the VPOTUS got his weave following his last brain surgery.

the idea of biden having brain surgery is akin to jimmy carter having his testes removed...minor surgery; it's not as if those body parts were in actual use
