This makes me so angry. They should have passed a law that the military ballots must count no matter how late they arrive! This really has to stop. Can overseas personal sue the officials that send the ballots too late? How do they know if their ballot was counted or not? How about a class action civil suit? I'm no legal expert but surely this is an actionable offense?
