You know your government is in moral freefall when its most ostensibly disciplined unit, the Secret Service, gets caught up in a South American hooker scandal. But leftists, always loath to render moral judgments and eager to find evidence of egalitarianism, may see in the scandal a form of heartening social progress: Under John F. Kennedy, Secret Service members solicited prostitutes for the president; now they order up ladies of the night for themselves.

I think we're all missing the bigger issue here; the real question is why Republicans don't want to pay for the prostitutes' contraception; it's clearly an indication of their well documented disdain for women.
These are hard working women pursuing the Colombian dream and Republicans want to deny them their God-given right to contraception. It's a travesty I tell you.

I just had a nightmare. The government decides the solution is to get hookers with security clearances. This leads to the creation of division in the Labor Dept., which in turn leads to civil service, unionized hookers. Which leads us to Glenda the 205 pound 50 year old transgendered prostitute and her contract requires her to be uh serviced. "Time for your viagra and blindfold Bob."

You are far too optimistic about the decency and honor in the Federal Government behavior to its populace.
One of the functions the Federal Government it has given itself is the moral uplift of the populace out of the backwardness of Religiosity to the “High Moral Standards” of Socialism.
If the “Individual Mandate” is found to be “Constitutional” then the Federal Government has given itself the power to tell you what, when and how you will spend your money.
Since the Federal Government is determined to wipe out “Homophobia” in all its forms, you could legally be forced to pay for your reeducation in “Full Public Sodomy” as a lifestyle.

While I agree this needs to be investigated, let's not let it be a distractions from the issues:
Economy
Gas Prices
Fast and Furious, Gibson Guitar / Eric Holder
GSA, is there other fraud in other agencies?
TSA expansion (bus / rail stations)
EPA regulations
New Executive Order
Solyndra / Beacon, etc
We need to stay focused, there is much to do to educate voters. There are still primaries with important House / Senate / State races
We need to help Gov. Walker

The Secret Service has a long history of partying hard--but the note of cocaine being present, should fuel old drug mule rumors.
One wonders how much these folks have compromised...what was the old rumor--at the time everyone assumed Mossad--that someone was taping Clinton's calls to Lewinsky?
I noticed they have already let one retire--which means he keeps his pension.
Congress needs to step in and start stripping some pensions.

I don't know what to think about this one...
But something about this whole Secret Service scandal doesn't smell right....
I don't know if the agents were purchasing some Columbian action or not....but I think there might be a great deal about this that we may never know....such as the reasons it broke right now...who was behind breaking the story...etc etc etc...
However, it may be nothing...but anyone thinking that some of the most competent people in the world and an organization dedicated to protecting the president himself is so out of control that one of the agents "decided he wudn't gonna pay UP" without considering that he should just pay the woman to get rid of her....
Should throw up a red flag....and if it doesn't...for a large number of people...even outside of the Conspiracy crowd...
Then we deserve to watch our country die and implode...Exactly the way it is doing now.
