Now if the SCOTUS would rule that all environmentalist backed laws and regulations are unconstitutional — especially the endangered species act. That would make a great day in this country

Can I now get an "attaboy" please? How many times have I said this here?

Mandated health insurance, forcing insurance companies to give "free" contraception, telling faith-based institutions what services they must provide, diminishing TRICARE benefits to Military Retirees, forcibly taking property from me to give to another are ALL about property rights. That is the fight. That is the fight we must fight to the deat and win. Everything else stems from that fight.

Thank you. This is the only place I have even seen this mentioned. Not NR. Not Hot Air. Not WS. Maybe I'll see it later, but bravo, Quin, for mentioning this. It is a huge victory. And that others in the conservative movement aren't discussing it says volumes about what they actually represent.
