While we await final word on whether Mitt Romney or Rick Santorum won Ohio, we do have two results of note from the Buckeye State. Veteran Democratic Rep. Marcy Kaptur beat fellow liberal Rep. Dennis Kucinich by about 58 percent to 37 percent after redistricting forced them into the same northeast Ohio district. In Southern Ohio, Iraq war veteran Brad Westrup upset incumbent GOP Rep. Jean Schmidt in the Republican primary.
