With less than a quarter of the vote counted in Ohio, Rick Santorum is leading Mitt Romney by 6,000 votes (39% to 36%).

Karl Rove and Joe Trippi think the urban counties that have yet to be counted are going to go Romney’s way.

But there’s a long way to go.

romney only won 2 counties in georgia....One was Fulton County (Atlanta). 2 types of people live in big cities...Liberals & Romney voters. Wait...that's redundant. :-)

Romney came in second in Tennessee. THAT has to be a major disappointment for Mr. Gingrich.

Does anyone else notice the trends in these states???

Large Swaths of Square mileage going to the Anti-Romney...with Small dense pockets going to Mitt..?

I think we have seen this before haven't we? I bet if you gave Mitt the color blue...and Newt/Santorum the color red...We would have an identical replica of that map we all got forwarded at one time or another...right after 2008 where the map was all red with the cities in blue...

That is very scary for the general, because when it comes to the General Election...thinking that Mitt can out liberal the real deal (Obama)...is a pipe dream.

I am afraid that the Democrat machine will pop all four of Mitt's tires in the urban areas...and that will leave him with having to count on the non-urban electorate to get excited about him...and they can't stand him.

I wonder if he will set his hair on fire when he realizes that no one is excited about him.

Nevermind folks...my mistake...

I heard Mitt will win the urban areas the way John McCain won over the media (since that was his strength for reaching the middle)...

All is well, nothing to see here. Keep walking...
Everything is OK folks...
We got the moderates this time...

"...I wonder if he will set his hair on fire when he realizes that no one is excited about him!" ....so tru & too f'n funny!

"Mitt Romney..." "...the Ghost Conservative Rider!"

"....his flamin hair only shows up when he's in trouble!"

rrrrrRRRRRRRR!!!!! ....sitting on a kiddie car seat in some kind of taped up scratched up convertible 1977 cadillac cause lord knows he cant ride a 2wheeler.....;)

.....and played by Nico Cage no lesss!!!!

hahahaha!!!!:) :) :)

WL| 3.6.12 @ 11:26PM

Nico Cage is the real hoot...He would be a perfect match for Romney...

He is after all a "great" actor...who nobody actually cares to watch...but SOMEHOW he's great!!!

Kind of like SOMEHOW the Republican PEOPLE searched for and wide through 300 million americans and found.....MITT Romney..

george washington| 3.7.12 @ 1:16AM

hahahaha! "...who nobody actually cares to watch...but SOMEHOW he's great!!!" ding!

lets see how the mit-flaming-hair does in the deep south where it can get pretty damp. :)

cheers

Romney won Republican voters in Ohio.
Santorum won Dems.

Simon Templar| 3.7.12 @ 12:02AM

I think you got that backwards.
Romney wins with moderate Republicans, progressive Republicans and a large swath of duh where's the wind blowing Republicans I want to be with dah winning crowd.

The conservative base tends to lean more strongly away from Romeny and to the other candidates.

somnolence| 3.6.12 @ 11:45PM

A great night for Romney. Either first or second everywhere.
