I guess the Kenyan does believe that Netanyahu is stupid. He's not and remembers the previous slights and hostility towards him and Israel. Bibi knows a con game when he see one. Israel is in a tough neighborhood and will act in its interests come what may. Sayeret Matkal taught him much and the Fool at 1600 Pennsylvania is yet again living in his cloud cuckoo land.
