You're doing a lot of convincing by name calling, Clint. By the way, you also lost CPAC.

Yes, I prefer Romney to Paul.

Occam's Tool| 2.11.12 @ 7:16PM

In addition, Clint, here's a question---if it's Romney/Obama, which one are you going to choose? Or Santorum/Obama?

I would vote for the opponent to Obama in either case. You?

This would be the brokered convention where Jeb Bush is chosen?

Clint| 2.12.12 @ 8:13AM

Do Your Homework, Israel Firster Dai Job.

" In 1976, the Republican primaries gave President Gerald Ford a slight lead in the popular vote and delegates entering the Republican National Convention but not enough delegates to secure the nomination. A brokered convention was predicted but Ford managed to receive the necessary support on the first ballot to edge Ronald Reagan. This is the last time a Republican presidential convention opened without the nominee having already been decided in the primaries."

The Tea Party Rebellion Heads To A Brokered Convention.

=======================
A convention which the Tinfoil Hat Messiah, Faux Fiscal Conservative and #1 lover of earmarks, and all-around antisemitic, racist, homophobic, conspiracy theory loving, crazy as an outhouse rat DrRonPaul and his Zombie Army of Cheeto scarfing Rontards will be watching on the TeeVee in Mommy' basement!

Garfield| 2.12.12 @ 2:56AM

If it is Obamney/Obama I would either write in someone else or have to flip a coin.

If it was Santorum vs. Obama, I would vote Santorum as long as Obamney wasn't on the ticket and I would have ill feelings about it.

I think Gingrich is honestly our best hope though, of not only beating Obama, but actually knowing what has to be done to fix things.

spike59| 2.13.12 @ 3:57PM

ObaMao sincerely thanks you for your assistance, dolt

Warrior | 2.12.12 @ 12:33PM

OT: Romney is a tough candidate to vote for. He has no conservative credentials and all indications are he is big a political opportunist as the Kenyan. At least Santorum has some portions of his record that indicate he can be conservative. I would stand with you and support Santorum, however, Romney is every bit as bad as McCain and I don't know if I could hold my nose hard enough to pull the lever for him.

Roger| 2.11.12 @ 7:17PM

Wow. What a victory. First he buys off CPAC and now Maine.

spike59| 2.14.12 @ 6:33AM

Clint| 2.11.12 @ 7:19PM

" Poll: Obama over 50% vs. Mitt Romney

President Barack Obama holds a clear lead over Mitt Romney in a hypothetical general election match-up, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll.

Among all Americans, Obama leads Romney 52 to 43 percent, whereas among registered voters, the president has a narrower edge over Romney, 51 to 45 percent."

You realize these polls are meaningless right?

Dai Alanye | 2.11.12 @ 10:05PM

You haven't been paying attention.

Romney's 3000 votes in Maine are far more meaningful than the 130,000 Santorum got from Missouri.

tinfoil hat much?

JohnInFlorida| 2.12.12 @ 4:39PM

There are ONE POINT THREE MILLION people in Maine. Would someone please tell me why I should take ANY interest (let alone, get excited) when, out of these 1.3 million people, 5,500 ACTUALLY BOTHERED TO SHOW UP AND VOTE and a whole 2,200 of them voted for Romney?? This is BIG NEWS?? I should be thrilled by his political prowess? his inevitability? his electability??
GIVE ME A BREAK!

spike59| 2.14.12 @ 6:35AM

point taken; however, keep in mind that everyone else on the ballot did worse
