The folks from Bold Nebraska are marching on the Governor’s mansion next week with jack-o-lanterns to protest oil pipelines. This is my favorite part of the call to action:
Many of you carved pumpkins in 2008 for Barack Obama like Kurt’s pumpkin below. Now we’re asking you to carve new messages to the President and our state leaders.
It worked once before,obviously. I ask you, is there any broad-based social change the progressively carved jack-o-lantern cannot affect?
