Holder Should Not Hold On

My further thoughts on J. Christian Adams’ book Injustice, which paints the Obama/Holder Justice Department and especially the Civil Rights Division as a place of reckless lawlessness.

Dear Sir,
Mr Holder allowed the commission of a felony
under his watch by allowing Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms agents to look the other way while covert buyers known to be criminals to purchase firearms which they should have reasonably known would be smuggled into mexico and into the hands of Drug Cartel members. Which is exactly what happened. He is the head of the Justice Dept and he hides behind the fact that he could not have known every detail of the operation. I know being a retired police officer that you never aid or abet any criminal activity let alone the orchestration of a crime through entrapment or aid or abet criminals by instructing law abiding citizens who own Firearms stores to look the other way knowing that by doing this they would be committing a crime. ATF agents of those stores that they knew about the straw purchases and they where to allow the transactions to go through. which the store owners did in good faith. Mr Holder and all the agents involved in the gun running operation are criminally responsible should be fired and sent to prison . When allow police agents to violate the law just to see what would happen we have the result we received .You reap what you sow. This is outrageous and no one should be excused for the inexcusable. This is a prime exampble of government out of control and it happened on Mr Holders watch. One last note What makes theses people above the Law. If you or I did this we would have been sent to prison for two life times . Yet , the rats are jumping the ship and everyone is good. with that. I know that the head of ATF resigned, 450 agents have been disciplined NOT ENOUGH SIR! by any stretch Not Now Not ever

Quin, you're obviously at your very best when writing on this subject. Thanks, and keep it coming. JL is absolutely correct also. I will partially disagree in that this situation goes all the way to the very top of the political pile [the buck stops at 1600]. Impeachment should be a result, but as radical as this group is [in using the Wall St protests as political ammunition], they would no doubt use same as a class warfare mechanism of racism, gentrification, disenfranchisement, discrimination, etc. Again, the one/only solution is 11/4/12 [and for you and other writers to continue to educate the reading public on the corruption involved in this administration from various angles]!!!!!!!
