Pawlenty Grovels

That headline, in a nutshell, is what I think of Tim Pawlenty's endorsement today of Mitt Romney. But I lay it out just a bit more outspokenly here.

I'm ashamed to say I once held out high hopes for Pawlenty. Oh well, another alleged conservative disappoints. What we need now is a Romney/Pawlenty 2012 slogan contest. I'll start with "Squeeze Us--We're Squishy!"

This is nothing more than pandering plain and simple. This action by Pawlenty is just one of the many reasons why I have not donated one dime to any of the presidential candidates "yet." I am watching and waiting for the inevitable "conservative" turn coats.

Man, nobody can bash Republicans like Quin. The guy goes 0 to 60 in a millisecond when a GOP candidate does something he doesn't like. I thought the capital punishment eruption against Perry was the all-timer, but this is close.

You don't find Pawlenty's past criticism of Romneycare and his present endorsement of Romney a tad bash-worthy if indeed he was being bashed?

It's nothing more than a meaningless gesture, because Romeny is circling the drain.

Kind of like Rudy started doing about this time 4 years ago.

By the way, I don't expect a similar outburst from Quin against Bobby Jindal for endorsing Perry. But you never know...

In fact, I think Jindal would very much like to be Veep, as a stepping-stone to the Big Job. But he has as little chance as Pawlenty, IMO.

I'm much more concerned with Perry's insistence on apparently destroying Social Security, with his constant labeling it a Ponzi Scheme [which of course it is of sorts, since it was created by Democrats to provide for the welfaric retirement of its financially ignorant constituents]. Don't know which is worse, Romney's Mass. healthcare or Perry's blasting SS. Obama must be licking his chops thinking of the presidential votes he receiving at the hands of these Republicans!!!!
