Tonight's Republican debate begins at 8 p.m. eastern. I will not be providing running commentary, but we will have irregular posts from contributors, should they see anything worth noting. We'll also have recaps from a few different writers once the debate has ended.

What the hell is the Tea Party Express hooking up with CNN for? Are they going to play to the station's normal agenda, or are they going to be allowed to be off their leashes?

CNN is "no" fan of the Tea Party, and I can't imagine they're going to treat them as equal partners. This sounds like a setup to me!! Maybe the Tea Party Express has been infiltrated, which might explain why Romney was speaking in front of their bus just last week. Have you sold us out TPE?
