That’s what the Obama administration’s new immigration policy is no matter what the Left says.

The new DREAM Act decree is a purely political calculation intended to shore up the president’s sagging support among Latino voters, I write at Front Page Magazine.

In a constitutional republic like the United States of America, the chief executive dare not admit that he is usurping the power of the legislative branch. So Obama’s instrumentalities must maintain the fiction that he is not implementing the DREAM Act by executive fiat. That’s what DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano has been doing.

Implementation of the DREAM Act has long been the goal of a galaxy of leftist pressure groups including National Council of La Raza, ACORN, By Any Means Necessary, MEChA, National Day Laborer Organizing Network, and the Hugo Chavez-funded CASA de Maryland.

Their demands will only grow.

America needs to know that ACORN is restructuring in time to help re-elect President Obama in 2012. Obama used to work for ACORN and represented the group in court as its lawyer. These radical leftists who use the brutal, in-your-face, pressure tactics of Saul Alinsky want to destroy America as we know it and will use any means to do it.
