Maryland’s slippery ultra-liberal governor, Martin O’Malley, has
a history of making vicious, irresponsible, and inflammatory
statements that only a Democratic politician could get away
with.
A case in point is O’Malley’s nasty attack on Republicans who
dare to insist on fiscal responsibility. From
FoxNews.com:
At this weekend’s meeting of the National Governors Association,
O’Malley has said Republican governors should urge GOP lawmakers to
make a deal with Obama to increase the government’s borrowing limit
before the Aug. 2 deadline when U.S. faces a financial default.
The Republicans seem to be led by uncompromising hard-liners, he
said, singling out House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-Va., for
criticism.
“I think that there is an extreme wing within their party who
have as their primary goal not the jobs recovery, but the defeat of
President Obama in 2012,” O’Malley said in an interview. “They know
that their formulations, their policies of less revenues and less
regulation badly failed our country and plunged us into this
recession. So their only way of evening the playing field is to
keep the president from being successful in the jobs recovery.”
He contended that key Republican members of Congress,
“through their intransigence, cleverly set up a situation for
America’s economy to fail, either by needlessly driving us to
default, or needlessly driving us into massive public sector
layoffs.”
“I think that they are disgracefully cynical,” said O’Malley,
who has a prominent profile as head of the Democratic governors’
group. [emphasis added above]
In 2005, O’Malley, at the time mayor of Baltimore, likened President
George W. Bush to bin Laden’s operatives.
Back on September 11, terrorists attacked our metropolitan
cores, two of America’s great cities. They did that because they
knew that was where they could do the most damage and weaken us the
most. Years later, we are given a budget proposal by our commander
in chief, the president of the United States. And with a budget ax,
he is attacking America’s cities. He is attacking our metropolitan
core.
The context here is worth noting. At the time President Bush
was trying to reduce spending by a piddling $2 billion (on
so-called community development programs).
O’Malley, by the way, is just one of the many players in my new

Aren't all of the Democrats' talking points always the same? How clever of us Republicans to screw the country so as to bring the godly democrats down.

Martin O'Malley considers himself presidential timber and is likely to make a run in 2016. His likely challengers are New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, Virginia Senator Mark Warner and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. The big fight will be between Cuomo, O'Malley and Sebelius for the hearts and votes of the left-wing ascendancy in the Democratic Party. Thus, now that Cuomo has pushed through homosexual "marriage" in New York, O'Malley is forced to do the same in Maryland despite the opposition of black religious leaders. After all, where else to black religious have to go. By using the political bludgeon against Republicans, O'Malley expects plaudits from the party base.

He's a typical domestic terrorist, radically liberal Democrat, who should perhaps consult with the current Democratic governor of Minnesota!!!!!!

Maryland My Maryland! Yet another liberal who lives in a world of fantasy. We can't reduce spending, ever, seems to be the rallying cry of these folks. Well, if we don't get our house in order soon the remedy will be catastrophic. However, folks like this guy will probably STILL decry anyone who dares question the out of control spending. What was Dr. Franklin's response to the lady who asked about the kind of government we were going to have?

Governor O'Failure's agenda is this;make Maryland a sanctuary state ,raise taxes, tolls, and fees, promote gay marriage and abortion(a real Catholic he is),become the lowest ranked state in private sector job growth, advertise to enroll people in food stamp programs, funding La Raza thru Casa de Maryland while cutting funding for health clinics, math and science programs and development for principles and teachers, not balancing the state budget even with a 20%sales tax increase and the opening of several new casinos that his party opposed on moral????? grounds when a Republican held the governors office. This 2-bit government teat sucking lawyer has ridden the coat tails of his daddy in law Joe Curran, former AG,now commisioner of the Md. unemployment insurance fund, and behind the skirt of his wife,The Honorable Katie Curran O'Malley,to whom he has rewarded, after freezing his own pay so graciously, with a $40,000 a year RAISE.He is a typical liberal democrat, unchained and unchallenged in a one party state. He is also a phony and a fraud,in my opinion
