Not a Recovery at All

Greg Mankiw highlights a statistic that shows that the recovery hasn't been a recovery at all, in terms of the number of people working:

We've just hit the bottom and stayed there.

Is it just me, or does where that chart end in 2011, kind of look just as bad as the low in 2009? Two years, and we've gotten absolutely nowhere!! And it "only" cost us a couple of Billion Dollars to stay in the exact same spot, what a bargain!!

I hope some change will come soon!!

Change? Yes, probably.

Boehner & Co. will cave, and things will get worse.

Mr Lawler: of course it is not a recovery. Its what Obama wants.. I hear, even on Fox but Larry Kudlow and others of their ilk talk about recovery. They are afraid of stating the truth and of facing reality with regard to Obama. The thing than many fear to say and examine is why Obama seems so indifferent to the situation ? As I see it he is detached, that is Obama and why is that so ? Because we are his laboratory rabbits and he is watching us squirm as his policies--purposefully enacted --are doing their job. That is destroying our nation. What will it take for those who know state the truth--what does it take ? Tell me please. Its all out there if you want to see it.

Wait, with 10% unemployment, the real estate industry in the financial toilet, non-existent consumer/corporate spending, a bankrupting public/governmental defecit/debt, etc; and some idiots are thinking STUPIDLY by declaring a recovery? Must be some kind of a Princeton/Harvard law professor, chicago community organizer type huh??????????
