Princeton professor Robert George proposes a kind of Rorschach Test for self-identified liberals: George Washington law professor John Banzhaf is suing Catholic University for reverting to same-sex dorms, on the grounds that doing so is gender discrimination under D.C.’s Human Rights Act. If you look at what Banzhaf is doing and think it’s OK, you just may be a liberal authoritarian.

Excuse me...what is this prof's standing? Does he live in those dorms? Does he have dependents living in those dorms?
This kind of stuff really, really, REALLY upsets me. Leftist judges routinely throw out legitimate lawsuits by conservatives. The black-robed dictators say that the plaintiff has no legal "standing."
But liberals can file any damn thing they please, regardless of how tenuous their link is to the issue in question. Often, they have no real link at all. The suit then goes forward, and the liberal usually wins.

Can't we just give them California? It is already a basket case. Let the liberals move there and see how fast they realize every thought, every ideal, every plan they have is totally bogus. Only then may they realize what they've been doing (though probably they'll think it is Fox News' fault).

This professor has a history of such lawsuits. The University should argue a first amendment right of the exercise of its religion in reaching the decision to abolish same sex dorms. Use the separation of church and state like the liberals do.
