Pakistan’s intelligence service, the ISI, has arrested five CIA informants who helped lead US forces to Osama bin Laden. This bit of dead-on satire from The Onion seems apropos.

We can be like Rome at the greatness of its empire and reward friends and punish our enemies or...be like the idiots we have been at least since Carter and flog and betray our friends and heap money on those hate us and stab us in the back.

I wonder which Obama the Magnificent will choose.
