Jeffrey H. Anderson is making sense on presidential war powers. The argument that Congress’ power to declare war would lead to 535 commanders-in-chief is a red herring.

Bingo! Otherwise the entire country is at the mercy of a radical president.

"The American Founders’ basic (and sensible) division of war powers under the Constitution is that Congress is empowered to decide whether to engage in war, and the president is empowered to decide how to carry out war once it has begun. The Constitution says, “The Congress shall have Power . . . To declare War,” and this was not intended to be merely a legal formality. Even Alexander Hamilton, the most ardent and forceful advocate of executive power in the founding era, said that Congress “can alone declare war, can alone actually transfer the nation from a state of Peace to a state of War.”

He decided HOW to fight the Wars a long time ago. Don't attack the Enemy, until they've shot you in the head. Don't hurt any of the "civilians" that are surrounding the Enemy, as he's killing you. No Artillery. No B-52s. No Collateral Damage.
In fact, if you DON'T fire your weapon, as the ENEMY is Killing you? He's gonna make sure you get a nice Yellow Ribbon, from the UN.
Oh, and don't forget to read the ENEMY his Miranda Rights and get him a good Jewish Lawyer, before you ask him any questions.
I think it's called: The Obama Doctrine.

Currently conduction of some 4 THEATRES of ONE Islamic Radical conflict.
We DO NOT HAVE 4 wars, we have mulitple theatres.
There is a difference.

Nice try. Using your logic, we could just invade any country at will with the argument that it's just another theater of operation. If we were to believe your bullshit, then you should be up in arms that we have not opened up a theater of operation in Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syria, Pakistan (oops already there) and Darfur. Let's not stop there, Venezuela is pissing people off also. If the Canadians aren't careful, they could be next.
