NEW CASTLE, Del. — Police on Friday afternoon came to the home of a 17-year-old high school junior to ask her about direct online communications she has had with Rep. Anthony Weiner.
Two officers from the New Castle County Police Department arrived at the girl’s home around 4:30 p.m. and asked to speak with the girl’s mother about the daughter’s contact with Weiner. Another officer appeared at the home a short time later. A FoxNews.com reporter was at the home when the police arrived.
Asked today in San Francisco if Weiner should resign, Nancy Pelosi said, in effect, that’s up to him. Let’s see how long she sticks with that position.

I don't think he is going to resign. Resign and do what? Work for a living? Chuckie gave him his first job out of college and at 46, he is not really reprogrammable.
A coupld of observations for his constituents: he is not bring home any bacon as he is going to be busy trying to keep his own out of the fire. Between representatives in Congress who don't want to be seen with him and lobbiests who know dead man walking when they see one, how much good is he going to be to those who elected him? I'm thinking none.
I am sure there are "lots" of people who do this. But did you elect him to Congress knowing this about him? Do you want someone with such low personal standards (he has apologized for his behavior after all so he isn't sticking up for his deeds) making decisions for you? As someone not in his district, I couldn't care less ... But you should care.

He has done nothing so far but lie, and he has been caught in his falsehoods rather quickly. That said, in order for this not to turn into a witch hunt for the potential “actually innocent” representative I suggest that all e-mail correspondence be accompanied by a disclaimer as to the age of the constituent. The dirty tricks will fire up quickly, and we all know that with the compliancy of the MSM Republicans will be targeted.
