Senate Dems Go O-Fer

The Senate just voted on whether to proceed with four budgets: the House 2012 budget, the Toomey budget, the Paul budget, and President Obama’s 2012 proposal. All were voted down. The House budget, Paul Ryan’s plan, failed, 40-57, with Republicans Scott Brown, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Rand Paul, and Olympia Snowe voting against.

Obama’s budget, however, was unanimously defeated, 0-97. Democrats argued that his official budget has been superseded by the speech he gave at George Washington University following the unveiling of the GOP House budget.

No Democrat voted for any budget.

Here's the "cunning Democrat budget plan":

"Budget? Budget? Oh look, what's that shiny thing behind you?

Lots of support for the Big O, I see. You know, bills can be tabled.
