Kaiser Health News has a
round-up of reports on a poll showing longer patient wait times
in Massachusetts since the implementation of Romneycare. The
upshot: "A survey conducted by the Massachusetts Medical Society
found patients can wait as a long as a month and a half for
non-urgent physicians' appointments."
We can expect similar results nationally, as the expanded
coverage from our Romneycare-like national health care law comes at
the cost of longer wait times and crowded emergency rooms. Or as
Peter Suderman put
it, "Like long medical wait times, crowded emergency rooms?
You'll love Obamacare!"
One ignores the market at one's peril. Even socialized systems
end up having to obey the market, just inefficiently.

Another Stealth Turncoat.
Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.), who had emerged as an outspoken
conservative voice among GOP freshmen, cast a surprising vote last
week against a bill to scrap part of the 2010 healthcare overhaul.
The legislation would repeal $100 million in funding for the
construction of school-based health centers. West was one of just
four Republicans to vote against the measure, which passed
235-191.
Traitor Bastard.

RomneyCare = ObamaCare.
RINO Romney = Obama.

Romney is inconsistent on issues but not this one, if elected
president Obamacare sticks and becomes part of the American fabric
courtesy of Willard Milton Romney.

But you do know who will not be affected by the long waits for
anything or the lack of available drugs? Those who donate to or
work for the Democrats (and probably some Republicans) won't have
any difficulties. The rich liberals will get what they want. It's a
shame that when the democrats attack the rich they seem to forget
that a lot of the rich are actually liberals.

Hope that was a long lasting victory for old Romney. Let that be
a lesson about GOP governators who think the only thing that
matters is victory.

This gives up a snapshot of Obamacare. However, if you are on
Medicare, the wait will be even longer or care completely denied,
thanks to the Independent Medicare Advisory Board which will report
to Obama.
