Johnson's Theme Song should be a slight rewrite of Tal Bachman's hit---"He's so High!" Yechhh. He is the single, solitary reason why Mental Health is so poor in New Mexico. He crippled proper treatment for Mental Illness all by himself.

"That was left to Paul and his son Rand, also a doctor and also a “constitutional conservative,” the label the two are employing these days. I don’t know who thought that term up, but it’s a lot more marketable than “libertarian.” Say “libertarian” to the typical American, and he’ll ask why you favor legalizing pot and prostitution.

Yeah, the same way he registered as a Republican in order to get elected because his fake phony fraudulent anti-American, anti-Israel self couldn't get elected as a Libertarian. Which is what he really is.

And he will never get elected President.
Mr. Moonshine can emote all he wants.

What's needed is a Hawk, baby.
Hawks-R-Us.

We've had enough limp-wristed panty-waist pansies with Obama.

Time for a real man to step up to the plate.

Ronald Reagan:
" If you analyze it I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism. I think conservatism is really a misnomer just as liberalism is a misnomer for the liberals–if we were back in the days of the Revolution, so-called conservatives today would be the Liberals and the liberals would be the Tories. The basis of conservatism is a desire for less government interference or less centralized authority or more individual freedom and this is a pretty general description also of what libertarianism is.

Now, I can’t say that I will agree with all the things that the present group who call themselves Libertarians in the sense of a party say, because I think that like in any political movement there are shades, and there are libertarians who are almost over at the point of wanting no government at all or anarchy. I believe there are legitimate government functions. There is a legitimate need in an orderly society for some government to maintain freedom or we will have tyranny by individuals. The strongest man on the block will run the neighborhood. We have government to insure that we don’t each one of us have to carry a club to defend ourselves. But again, I stand on my statement that I think that libertarianism and conservatism are traveling the same path."

Leaders such as Goldwater and Reagan have said as much about conservatives and libertarians. Neither group is homogeneous in terms of thought and the point at which a person ceases to belong to one group and belong to the other is not clearly defined. There are whole ranges of opinions within each group. To me conservative principles are what they were to Bill Buckley, about following the constitution, defending the country and keeping government out of people’s lives as much as possible. How small government should be is generally the point of contention. There are some who claim to be political conservatives who are not. They are socialiy conservative populists.

RR was in favor of strong defense and opposed to drug legalization. Our problem is that the revolts in Arab countries AIN'T secular, Terrorist Catamite scum. Of course, your lack of intelligent commentary is what I should expect from the cross between a neurosyphilitic camel (sire) and a leprous armadillo (dam).

Occam's Tool| 4.25.11 @ 11:35AM

I believe this thread was on Gary "I inhale" Johnson, Clint.

The Pauls also suck, however. How's that secular change in Egypt you predicted working out for you, Terrorist Catamite?

Margie| 4.22.11 @ 1:00AM

Like I said, we don't need no more e've had enough limp-wristed panty-waist pansies with Obama.

Time for a real man to step up to the plate.

Alrighty then.

"Ron Paul is one of the outstanding leaders fighting for a stronger national defense. As a former Air Force officer, he knows well the needs of our armed forces, and he always puts them first. We need to keep him fighting for our country."
-Ronald Reagan
