The battle is over the riders, like those to defund Obamacare, the takeover of the internet, Card Check, and the EPA. The Dollar amounts are Not significant, whether its $91 B, $61 B, or $31 B.
So let's all go on vacation. Fund the military and shut down the rest of the unconstitutional functions. That will include all the dasterdly bureaucracies that are stangling our country: Labor Dept., FCC, EPA, HEW, and on and on.
I think its a win win situtation for the Rat Party.
