Wow, just wow!! I wonder what the percentage is today, of Americans who are willing to sell themselves for the smallest of reasons, and prices? Does anybody have principles left anymore? When Teachers abandon their students, when Doctors abandon their oaths, when State Government Representatives abandon their constituents, what's next, are Lawyers going to abandon their honesty?

Any teacher collecting sick pay on the basis of fraud would be committing felony theft in a conspiracy with the doctor writing the fraudulent notes. It will be interesting to see what happens to these teachers and doctors who have allowed themselves to be filmed defrauding taxpayers. I know what would happen in our county.

Craziness. The only question is: what are Walker's options? He can "overlook" this little scandal as a sop to get teachers and others back to work. Or he can say that he will not accept any "sick" notes signed for those days and dock the employees' pay. Or fire them. Right now I'd say Walker has a few cards to play; big mistake by the unions.

Let's see... 4 days x 50,000 protestors x ($40,000 salary / 365) = ~$22m in savings through unpaid sick leave. Sounds like a good budgetary start to me!
Union or not, State employee or not, any doctor doing this should be stripped of his/her license. It's fraud, plain and simple.

Anyone who is concerned by this needs to file a formal complaint to the state medical board citing a lack of history lack of physical exam and lack of record keeping. These are serious deviations from the basic standards of medical practice. This can be done online. Please do it now!
