Senator Paul lays it all out in plain English where I believe even the POTUS can understand it if he so desires. Maybe Schumer and Durbin can take a peek at it too since they haven't been inclined to read the Roadmap. 12 pages was all it took to cut that much spending? Impressive for a rookie indeed.

!!!!What no more Star Trek "Red Alerts"!!!!

All recent successful attacks came as a surprise to Homeland Security.
Even the unsuccessful attacks were thwarted by the FBI in sting operations.
At best the color alerts were useless to annoying.
