It seems that in the age of 24/7 internet reporting, embargoes on speeches released in advance can’t really hold. National Journal has the complete text of tonight’s State of the Union address, care of “a Democratic insider who declined to be identified because the source would be violating the White House’s embargo.”

Here's a summary of what Obama is really saying, in one sentence: "No matter what else I say tonight, I believe the problems and non-problems in this country can be solved with higher taxes, more burdensome regulations, more uncontrollable spending, more useless government employees and pretty much, just larger government control over every aspect of your lives."
