The Spectacle Blog

In the DC Examiner today I and two other Virginia taxpayers, including one lawmaker who was previously stiffed by the University of Virginia in his pursuit for 'Hockey Stick'-related records, announce that we have read the transcript of oral argument in The Rector and Board of Visitors v. Cuccinelli, and notified UVA that it is now time for the school to hand over certain records. And, while we're at it, we'd like to learn a little about who is underwriting their tab to fight the Attorney General's effort to obtain transparency, and his pre-investigation into whether the taxpayer has been defrauded.

Hear, Hear! Thank you Mr. Cuccinelli. The entire charade of global warming, climate change, is about to explode. I saw nothing reporting on this matter today elsewhere. This CRIME against prosperity must include punishment (Al Gore, Et-Al)- all the re-tooling for compliance, the end of profitable product lines, the onerous regulations that are based upon lies, must be compensated. Only that will assure the proponents of the next "Java Man" will be certain of their facts before they take to Congress to feather their own nests.

The AG of Virginia understands the basis upon which this country was founded. The lefties HATE that this country was so constituted. Sic Semper Tyrannis!

Climate change philosophy shows that so called scientists also are guilty of practicing the worlds oldest profession when given enough money. As a society we are becoming morally bankrupt in every way.

We really need as many people as possible to make life a living hell for the administrations at both Virginia and Penn State. While the refusal to release Mann's material is bad enough; if a Conservative group did the little "Turnabout" on first denying their existence and then admitting it, the leftwing media waoul be all over the govt. to prosecute them for LYING, which is what the university did.

Regarding Penn State (Ashamedly my Alma Mater) they should also be harrassed unmercifully for their own sham investigation into Mann's lies and distortions there. Penn State is developing a reputation as a bastion of political correctness, and, frankly, deserves all the difficulties that can be rained down on them.

If I were the "Emperor" (Yes, I know, we already have barry) I would remove every cent of federal money from every college and university that didn't involve necessary research for defense purposes. The influx of federal money and the fed student loan programs are the two major reasons that radical professors with tenure make so much money while destroying our Country; and why college costs so damned much it requires loans so students can graduate with useless degrees in Womyn's Studies and Gay Positions for Enhanced Pleasure.
