The Spectacle Blog

I’ve noted here before the Obama administration’s telegraphed pivot to ‘environmental justice’ as the new way to push it’s anti-energy agenda, demonstrably job-killing measures in the name of creating jobs, schemes designed to increase energy poverty in the name of affordable reliable energy, rhetoric to rally minorities to support policies which will disproportionately harm seniors and the poor first and worst. Really, shame is at such a premium in Washington right now.

Here is a piece on the real face of environmental justice: the energy poverty Obama’s policies are driving. As has spiked as a result of similar policies in the UK. About all of which I am not all that happy to say I told you so.

It's all part of the plan. Obama and company will increase the costs of energy. At the same time they will provide rebates/credits/handouts to those most affected by the high costs (thereby increasing their dependence on the government and ensuring additional voters). Of course, those who can "afford" it (workers like me) won't be helped. Obama assumes that the evil Republicans won't try to stop the energy handouts to the poor (however, if they do, then it is their fault for screwing the poor. It is not his fault for increasing the cost to begin with - just watch the media portray it like this).

The Stupid Party seems to think that if WaPo and the NYT says it, then everyone is thinking it. They can't seem to get that Reagan used fairly simple language and common sense to explain away the lies of the Liberal Ahole. It is not hard to point the finger at policies harmful to people - they know it already. So if you are one of the Stupid Party sitting on your butt in DC reading this blog, DO SOMETHING! If you don't, America will fall into deeper recession due to high priced energy.

What am I saying? Look at who we put our hope in - the Stupid Party. They couldn't use obvious problems and solutions to help with this if they had the answers given to them by God Himself. They would look at Him and say "Well, what will Brian Williams say? Or Jon Stewart? I might be made fun of. I can't risk having Greenpeace not like me!" That's why the idiots like Upton voted to ban a light bulb. A F#%^&ING; LIGHT BULB! Better to sit in the dark than to screw in a light bulb, I guess. The balless GOP. The name fits so well.
