Re: Judging Obamacare

The WSJ somewhat improved its coverage of Obamacare litigation. On Monday I noted here the imbalanced way it treated the political pedigree of judges involved. At least this time the same reporter offered, in the ninth paragraph, that “two federal district judges who were Democratic appointees have ruled in the Obama administration’s favor”, after noting that it was a Reagan appointee who heard yesterday’s argument. Maybe she reads AmSpec.

Spot on. They don't always tell the whole story. A few weeks ago they had a whole section advocating "Green." It wasn't advertising, but sure read like it. I sent an e-mail protesting the advocacy mascurading as journalism and didn't receive a response. It was incredibly one-sided. I would suspect that the WSJ wants to get those Green advertising dollars, because the Green nonsense spells doom for the taxpayer who isn't "in."
