The Spectacle Blog

Yesterday, Jim Antle drew our attention to Rich Lowry’s chart on how prospective 2012 Republican presidential candidates would vote on the Obama-McConnell tax deal in its present form.

As I noted yesterday, Lowry’s chart was incomplete because he had left Sarah Palin blank.  Palin, in fact, voiced her opposition to the deal back on December 8th.

Yet as of 1:53 p.m. EST today, Lowry still has Palin blank on his chart.

Memo to Rich Lowry: Sarah Palin votes ‘No.’

Aaron,
Thank you!
I sometimes worry about the "Third" (Antle)

The rascal actually deleted my comment yesterday....and it was a very civil comment.

From now on, I must read his stuff with squinted eyes.
On the other hand, I might disagree with you on one issue or another, but I always appreciate your straight forward honest opinions.

...and your willingness to be open to questions.
I do hope you will write me through my agent.
I would be delighted to send you a review copy of my newest book. sales@texassaidno.com

That's my Sarah! G-d, I love that woman. Reminds me of my wife, who can also do everything.

Unless you are the one posting as Air Jordan or selling Ugg Boots, no, I actually didn't.

Well third,
I always click refresh to make sure my comment got posted correctly.
I have set you guys up on a monthly credit-card contribution...for the indefinite future.

When a civil comment is deleted, it hurts my feelings.
As a "article contributor" you have access to my real name in the real world.

I would appreciate your discretion. Hit search under my name and enjoy three million + hits.

Evidently, you don't read comments very often. If you did, you would notice that The American Thinker, and NRO, (and the publishers here), take my kernel thoughts...research them... and write marvelous articles based upon them.

I am friends with "interesting people".

Having retired from TWO fortune companies' CEOships...(pardon the grammar), I have my feelings hurt when you treat me like you treat Sarah...
And like you would have treated Ronald Reagan, if you had been out of diapers .

Grow some...and pay attention.
Thank you

you're becoming self inflated in here ol tex. your comments are usually solid. you become masochistic with this rah- rah palin boilerplate. when you quit your office, albeit the press parachuting people in to alaska to hound her, you disqualify yourself from running for president. if more people had read stanley kurtz @ NRO and realized what black theology was about and that imam obama spent 20 years there. that disqualifies you from being president. palian has gone for the cash, her choice , but now she has bought others to tell her or discipline her what to say. no thinking or previous wisdom required. don't even mention her in the same breadth as reagan. wake up, it's insulting, dude

McClarinJ| 12.16.10 @ 8:23PM

Nah, quitting the governor's office was her thinking outside the box. The libs and the GOP establishment (read New World Order) had teamed up to take her out with a non-stop barrage of suits, ethics complaints, etc. because they saw in her someone who would fight global governance. Had she stayed in office she would have been chopped liver by now.

I'm not a Palin supporter because of who she listens to on foreign policy, but I will defend her from agenda-driven criticism.

Lowry and his cronies at Naturally Rotten Online have joined the RINO club with The Weakly Substandard.

How can anyone give any seriousness to Palin's comments on how she would vote. She doesn't even read and is the most uninformed person who is putting herself on the national stage. She is a JOKE !!!!!!

Occam's Tool| 12.16.10 @ 12:48PM

Dear Nancy:

The most uninformed? One should avoid hyperboles here. For example, what about the Guam Marines Sinkage Congressman? He's more informed than Sarah? Barney Frank has a better grasp of economics? Charlie Rangel has a better grasp of personal tax law?

Sarah reads and thinks. This Mensan is impressed.

Warthog Wally| 12.16.10 @ 3:17PM

Nancy, sometimes comments from Palin haters amaze me. How could anyone have the condescending audacity to believe they know whether another person reads or not?
