Reading Rob Tracinski’s TIA Daily this morning this caught my eye.
Why would Western “progressives” work to advance the interests of the most backward, barbaric, bloodthirsty, and oppressive terrorist group on earth? Look at it this way: the contemporary New Left is against civilization as such. If their stated goal is to take us back to the Stone Age (and if you don’t believe that, follow the link), then why would they hesitate to support the Islamists who would take us most of the way there?
Follow the link. I have spent more than a little time addressing the greens’ moonbattery in not one but two books. But still, when reading the deeper thoughts of those whom these people celebrate, it can still give pause.

Hmmm, I wonder why the eco-nuts want to take us back to the Stone Age? Heckfire, Stone Age people were already doing such politically incorrect things as engaging in terra-forming, agriculture, wiping out various species through uncontrolled hunting, killing each other in territorial disputes, and even engaging in the odd case of cannibalism.
