............it was later established that the woman was heavy armed, and waving said arms at Mr. Paul.
(Just joking to flip the article upside down)

It could have been Democrats in disguise who attacked her. There have been other provocations which turned out to be Democrats pretending to be Tea Party or Republican.
PhilTheCapitalistPig| 10.26.10 @ 9:43AM
It wouldn't surprise me a bit, you have one liberal pretending to be Republican, that would make me more likely to believe there are others there putting on a show.

Especially since the alleged perpetrated was conspiculously dressed in Rand Paul gear.....had Rand Paul shirt and a bunch of buttons on.
This is a typical donk trick.| 10.26.10 @ 11:31AM
this is a typical donk trick of the same class as posting flyers in minority neighborhoods that say to vote the day after election day and then pointing them out to the fascist media.
Mark| 10.26.10 @ 9:27AM
I don't condone violence, and certainly don't condone the treatment of this women.....however does any serious person think this is going to shift votes to the Democrat? Real people don't think that way.
Siegfried X| 10.26.10 @ 11:36AM
No, it's not likely to change votes, but the Democrats are desperate. Besides distracting attention from the economy, Democrats are mostly hoping to energize their far left voters with stunts like this one and "Aqua Buddah".
PhilTheCapitalistPig| 10.26.10 @ 9:38AM
While Obama has his foot on the throat of the Banks and Insurance Companies, we'll just keep our foot on the throats of liberals. lol. just kidding, just kidding.
PhilTheCapitalistPig| 10.26.10 @ 9:46AM
Kind of odd this happened the night after Conway's scandal surfaces in the paper. Somebody needs to get on that..

If Kenneth Gladney gets no apology or response from anyone on the left for a much worse beating, why should we care about this?
Mike Rogers| 10.26.10 @ 10:03AM
Something wrong with that picture - I'm with Siegfried on this - conservatives and libertarians have more respect for people and property than socialists. My bet is on it being a leftist agitator doing the stomping.
Tim Williams| 10.26.10 @ 11:04AM
I am always a bit skeptical when there is a camera at the ready to get a full, unobstructed view of the awful acts...
Leadbottom| 10.29.10 @ 2:29AM
Why exactly was she there? What was the purpose of a) wearing a blonde wig, b) dressing as a supporter, c) sticking her sign into the open window of the car, d) continuing to charge toward Paul after she was pulled away? What was she protesting? Can anyone say "MoveOn.org agent provocateur"?
Patriot| 10.29.10 @ 7:10PM
She's a Soros' funded hack and she deserved more punishment than she got.
