From the desk of Attorney General Eric Holder:
Dear Mr. Perez,
Re: Subpoena, testimony, et.al, etc....
Members of my staff, who shall of course remain unnamed for purposes of professional courtesy and personal privacy, have reviewed the letters in question. I have not personally reviewed any of the relevant files, nor will I be able to do so, as such actions on my part might lead to a conflict of interest, or even a Congressional subpoena.
First of all, please understand that while Congressional committees may issue subpoenas, none of the current chairs will do so in this matter. I have the assurance of a VERY high ranking friend of our mutual acquaintance in this matter. Thus it is of the utmost importance that the same individuals who chair the committees in question at this time continue to do so next year. And of course, in order to insure that occurs, your best course of action is to maintain ALL of our current policies. Maintenance of these policies, especially in regards to matters of voting rights and polling places, is our best hope of retaining our current friendly relationship with Congress.
Should the worst occur in November, however, we can still prevail on this issue. While Congress may issue subpoenas, it is up to the Executive Branch to enforce those subpoenas. Once again, I have it on the good authority from a VERY highly placed friend that under NO circusmstances will ANY U.S. marshal or other federal law enforcement agent enforce such a subpoena. I hope that will serve to set your mind at ease in this matter.
Finally, allow me to re-iterate: Our best hope of avoiding any unpleasant hearings in this matter is to keep the current Congressional committee chairs in place, and our best chance of doing that is to continue our current policy. Of course this is a PURELY NON-POLITICAL decision, it just so happens that this decision happens to have this particular benificial effect. Also, please be advised that sharing this e-mail, or in any other way disseminating its contents, with ANY non-authorized personell (especially including the civil rights commission) is expressly prohibited, and will be dealt with the Chicago Way.
Sincerely,
Attorney General Eric Holder

Adams whistle-blew, Philly case is smelly,
Exposing the DoJ's lib underbelly,
You'd have to pince me,
Wishing to convince me,
This isn't 'permanent', just 'Tom Perelli'!

Why write made up stuff? Is this supposed to be witty? I do not believe Holder is THAT arrogant and stupid to write something like this?
Booger Picker| 10.7.10 @ 5:04PM
Just because Booger's stuff is snot funny, doesn't mean you should pick, pick, pick!
Booger, as the leader of the conservative 'green' movement, has a nose for a good story and will write it up when not feeling too phlegmatic.

Possible to get Perez on perjury?
Though I'm not often given to dirgery,
But Justice now twisted,
With Obamaites trysted,
In bureaucratic-political mergery!

As I believe the imitation is the sincerest form of plagiarism, as an homage, I offer the following:
Eric Holder sent Perez on a mission
To mislead the Civil Rights Commission
Saying “I’d hire no bigots”
Now they’ve opened the spigots
Of their own guilt this is an admission

(Hat tip to Prince Albert, who comes in, "I can!")
White voters intimidated in Philly,
Sued, but got a reception so chilly.
Perez opens a spigot,
Only when he can rig it,
Or when he can guilt the white lily.

New Black Panthers' threats couldn't be bolder,
Yet AG, to whites' plight, couldn't be colder.
Are they not dutiful,
'Cause "Black is beautiful"?
If so, "Beauty's in the eyes of E. Holder!"

Excellent investigative reporting, as usual! Does anyone here know is this specific case could possibly be grounds for a congressional charge of IMPEACHMENT against EL CHOSEN ONE [assuming it can be proved that he knew/authorized said actions by his D of J]??????
