The Hill
reports:
Vice President Biden jokingly expressed his frustration toward
Republicans on Tuesday, accusing them of harboring insincere
concerns about the budget deficit.
Biden jokingly said that GOP protests about the need for a
balanced budget made him want to strangle them, which the vice
president quickly clarified was a figure of speech.
“If I hear one more Republican tell me about balancing the
budget, I am going to strangle them,” Biden said at a fundraiser in
Minnesota, according to a pool report. “To the press, that’s a
figure of speech.”

Botex Joe's speech is so garbled, jumbled, hyperbolic, distorted, disjointed, idotic and confused as a matter of course, that the very term "figure of speech" is, for him, something out of Esperanto that is as meaningless as all of his usual pronunciamentos on any topic whatsoever.

i guess we can take a number because the strangler is going to be very busy...
27 days from now there will be a rush to get in line.

There has been a lot of posts quoting (I believe) Cicero to the effect that a nation can survive its fools, but not its traitors. With the Obama/Biden team we have both.
